Chef Patrick Allouache

Russian Samovar is pleased to announce Chef Patrick Allouache has joined their team, to launch their all new Russian Samovar Catering Division. Patrick Allouache’s culinary repertoire flourished during his tenure at several Michelin-starred restaurants in France where he developed and refined his culinary techniques. He continued to New York City in 2001 where he worked at the legendary La Grenouille, followed by La Côte Basque with Jean Jaques Rachou. He then went on to take the role of Executive Chef at the iconic French influenced Kosher Restaurant LE MARAIS where he injected a new energy and an extraordinary way to creatively execute kosher food.

LE MARAIS is where Patrick gained his reputation and began pleasing the palettes of the restaurant’s most exclusive clientele for Friday Shabbat, Passover, Weddings and Holidays Soirees in New York City and the Hamptons. Following LE MARAIS he became the executive chef at L’orto, where his French – Mediterranean fusion was recognized by both the Michelin guide and 27 at Zagat.

Patrick Allouache helped his friends at Russian Samovar to elevate their Russian menu with French culinary technics such as foie gras pelmeni, lobster & caviar blinchiki with Vin jaune sauce and porcini & truffle kasha “FRENCH STYLE” for example.

Russian Samovar’s new catering division led by Chef Patrick Allouache includes Kosher French/Russian delicacies. Whether at the restaurant or in the comfort of your own home, Russian Samovar does all the work. They prepare all Kosher requests at a Kosher certified kitchen.
